Introducing MO+ - traditional medicines for modern bodies.

In 2007, Gary and I opened the doors to our wellness clinic in Sydney’s Bondi Junction - Massage & Osteopathy. Our offering was, as the name suggests, largely centred on the natural therapies of massage and osteopathy. The business itself was founded on principles that we had carried through from our childhoods - the concept that remedying the body and ailments that flare up from time to time should be aided by natural therapies, but backed by integrity and knowledge.

Gary and I always wanted the approach to our business to be the same as the way we approach our lives - with passion, integrity and a genuine interest in those around us. We want to help each and every client that walks through our doors. A huge part of that is the incredible knowledge and skill that each of our practitioners hold, but another part of it is keeping it uncomplicated.

As awareness around the therapeutic benefits of an always on approach to our health and well-being has continued to rise, we saw our client base become more focused on sustainable health practices that benefit the mind, body and spirit.

It is for this reason that we have taken the business down a highly complimentary, but perhaps more diversified path with a new name that fully encompasses what the business now offers - MO+.

MO+ has come to represent the foundations on which we built the business, but also the growing modernity and knowledge of the clinic in 2019. We have significantly grown our services, bringing in experts that are truly the best in their fields - whether it be across massage, lymphatic drainage, acupuncture, dermal needling or light therapies, while still firmly grounded in osteopathic practices, to which Gary continues to bring a wealth of expertise.

With a focus on knowledge and transparency of traditional medicines and practices, combined with modern thinking and skill, we hope you will continue to grow with MO+ - a place where even the busiest lives can find a moment of rejuvenation and care within its walls.
